- 2 lbs hash brown potatoes (I used the frozen variety and thawed them first)
- 1/2 lb of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper (as desired)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Butter or spray a large casserole dish.
- Pour mixture into casserole dish, cover loosely with foil and bake for an hour.
- Uncover and bake until top is golden brown; about 20-25 minutes.
